Animal Print is EVERYWHERE at the moment, which is great for me as I have a tonne of it in my wardrobe. But it’s not just the traditional leopard print you’ll have seen in the shops, it’s all kinds of print from snake skin to zebra and a whole array of colours in between.

In this edit, I’ll show you some of my favourite pieces, for those that love animal print as much as me, but also a more subtle way to introduce this trend into your wardrobe.
And not forgetting your mini me’s, I’ve found some great styles for the kids too. Admittedly there is more of a bias towards girls this time, but there are a few really cool pieces for the boys too, including this super soft and cosy sweat from a mum run brand I found through Instagram, Stripe & Wild. This brand combines my love of animal print and monochrome to offer endless customised tees and sweats for you and your little ones.

Starting with dresses, the three below are my absolute faves. All a super stylish midi length, that can be worn dressed up with black heeled sandals or white stiletto boots, and dressed down with trainers or chunky black boots. Layer with black polos underneath or slouchy jumpers on top. Add the accessories for a full on look or use them to add a touch of the trend to your usual style.

For date night or out with the girls, these would be my picks. The detail of the ruffles on the Y.A.S dress, and sequins and buttons on the ASOS dress make them a bit more special.
And for a bit of #motherandministyle twinning, this River Island Kids playsuit is perfectly teamed with the M&S dress shown above.

Next up, Shirts, Trousers, Jumpers & Jackets. Both Zara and & Other Stories have the best offering for me, but there’s so much out there I’ve just shown you the ones I love.

There’s also a whole array of coloured animal print on the High Street at the moment, but these tones are my favourite. The love for shades of teal and ochre continue from my last edit.

But if they are a bit bold for you, check out the most beautiful soft colour palette below for both you and your little one:

The blush colour featuring in all of the above is a subtle way of bringing this trend into your wardrobe, but you can also do it through layering and accessories.
Wear a print cami with a silk shirt on top, or show a hint of lingerie through a button down shirt.

And finally, Accessories. From shoes to scarves to jewellery, a selection below of my favourite picks.

So that’s a whole load of animal print for you and the little girls in your life. I do find it hard to style this trend for my little boy, but I’ve picked out some pieces below I love.
Well that’s my animal fix sorted for the rest of the season. Hope you enjoyed it, and head over to my Instagram to see some of these pieces styled on me.
Next up will be my guilty pleasure…dressing up for Halloween!
Until next time,
Love S x
